At Sonnel, we recognise that our team members come from all walks of life and are proud to celebrate and support you through every chapter. As part of our commitment to a game changing life at Sonnel and your wellbeing, we’re excited to announce the introduction of Paid Parental Leave!

This new initiative is designed to support our team during one of life’s most meaningful milestones, welcoming a new addition to the family. Paid Parental Leave is now available to eligible team members who are becoming parents, whether through birth, surrogacy, adoption, or permanent fostering of a child under 16 years.

We believe that every family journey is unique, and every parent deserves time to bond, adjust, and thrive. That’s why we are proud to offer 14 weeks paid parental leave for both primary and secondary carers, along with company paid superannuation during this period. Paid Parental Leave will be available to all our eligible permanent and casual team members.
